A gift to the Diabetes Association of Atlanta, Inc. in memory of the life of a family member, dear friend or loved one who has passed away is a special way to demonstrate to the family your care, concern and to acknowledge the special relationship you once shared with the deceased. Your contribution also assist the Diabetes Association of Atlanta, Inc. in continuing its mission of providing diabetes screening, education and medical assistance to those persons suffering with diabetes. An appropriate card will be sent to the person you designate to acknowledge your gift. The gift amount will not be identified. Please remember your gift is tax deductible. You will also receive an acknowledgment of the gift for your records. You will also receive recognition of your gift in the annual report of the Diabetes Association of Atlanta, Inc.
